Nice breakfast, good choice of juices, fruit, and cereals. Cooked breakfast served on small plate. Everything we needed in the room - ironing, tea/coffee, TV, en-suite. Honesty bar and fridge in lounge. Superb breakfast, served piping hot. Great sleep, comfortable bed and nice sheets.

Value for Money: The price for the stay at this hotel was incredibly reasonable, especially compared to other places I've stayed at before. Despite the affordable price, the quality and comfort of the establishment were not compromised. Attention to Detail: The hosts at this hotel were extremely attentive and made sure that every little detail was taken care of. From providing toiletries available for purchase in case you forgot anything, to offering a kitchenette in some rooms, they were willing to make everything as easy as possible for their guests. Excellent Location: This hotel is ideally situated by the sea, offering a picturesque view of the promenade. It's also conveniently located close to the beach, Blackpool train station, and nice restaurants, making it a great choice for exploring the local area.

Fairly clean place, GOOD service, attentive staff. The triple room was warm, it had an ironing set, a work desk and television. Freshly prepared breakfast with variety of good foods.

it was a real good experience. everywhere was spotless, stuff were fabulous, very clean bed. the room was budget and well-appointed! positioned in the pretty quiet area, close enough to the beach, cafes.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. The owners were caring, helpful, and efficient, making us feel welcome and ensuring that we had everything we needed. The breakfast choices were excellent, and we loved the beautiful lounge where we could relax and watch TV. The location was perfect, being close to the beach and within easy reach of transportation. We also appreciated the honesty of the owner in providing clear information about the limitations of the converted Victorian house.
